Abstract
This study analyzes the process of socialization of state economic policy through the lens of international experience. Socialization is examined as the targeted integration of social goals and needs into the development and implementation of state economic policy, which becomes increasingly relevant in the context of growing social inequality, automation of production processes, and demographic changes. A key feature of the research is the identification of terminological divergence between domestic and foreign scientific traditions. While in Russian science the concept of economic policy socialization is operationalized through enhanced state interventionism, foreign academic discourse employs alternative constructs that emphasize decentralization of economic processes and activation of civil society's role. A comprehensive typology of socialization models is presented based on the analysis of five regional approaches with detailed specification of their distinctive characteristics. The obtained results expand understanding of the role of social factors in economic policy formation and develop the concept of the relationship between social justice and economic efficiency. In the field of social policy, a new analytical paradigm through the prism of economic decisions is proposed, while in comparative studies, a comprehensive comparative framework for analyzing various national models is created. The practical significance of the results lies in providing evidence-based recommendations for reforming social and economic policy and forming a conceptual foundation for developing social protection standards. The research also aims to establish terminological apparatus for the Russian school of economic policy socialization studies and offers a methodological basis for further empirical research at the intersection of economics, sociology, and political science.
