The article examines the high level of significance and timeliness of researching the economic resilience of the regions of the Russian Federation, identifying their prospects, and implementing methods to enhance this resilience during periods of external economic shocks. Special emphasis is placed on analyzing the factors influencing the resilience of regional economies, as well as developing effective methods and strategies to strengthen their stability in the face of a changing external environment. This study considers the main theoretical concepts related to the interpretation and definition of resilience, and also proposes specific methods for assessing a region's potential to maintain stable progress during a crisis. In addition, it analyzes potential vectors of state and regional activities aimed at strengthening economic stability and minimizing vulnerability to external shocks, thereby ensuring more reliable and harmonious regional growth in the future.
