DIAGNOSTICS OF TRENDS IN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION FOR THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL AREA AND INDUSTRY: IDENTIFICATION OF A MULTIFACTORIAL INFLUENCE SYSTEM
The effectiveness of public administration processes for the sustainable development of territories is primarily based on the clear formation of conditions for safe and predictable economic activity by real sector entities, which can include mining enterprises. In the presented research, the authors primarily used methods of a systemic approach to obtaining and analyzing research information within the framework of the set goal. At the same time, the goal of the research was to demonstrate public administration of territorial sustainable development itself as a complex multifactorial system of inherently different research components, based on real actions and current activities of real sector economic entities. Therefore, human, technical, natural, and socio-economic factors, examined in detail in the presented article, create the main framework for the public administration of sustainable development of each territory under consideration, taking into account their specific features and nuances.
