Abstract
The article explores opportunities to improve the efficiency of managing state property with cultural heritage status. The work examines various possibilities for integrating modern technological solutions into the management of such properties, including an analysis of the potential effect of their integration and modern methods of cultural heritage preservation. Special attention is paid to developing recommendations for improving the management system, aimed at optimizing the use of cultural heritage sites, enhancing their preservation, and engaging them in socio-economic activities. A comprehensive approach is proposed, combining digital and physical technical developments, which will allow a transition from fragmented management to systemic management. The study also analyzes factors influencing the efficiency of cultural heritage site operation. It is established that currently there are significant losses of cultural heritage sites, including due to their inefficient management. Alongside this, there are many technologies that can be integrated into these sites, allowing for increased management efficiency and simultaneously reducing the risks of their loss. Based on the obtained data, proposals are formulated for the implementation of various systems – from monitoring to actual maintenance. The implementation of the proposed measures will not only increase management efficiency but also minimize the risks of cultural heritage site loss, while increasing their contribution to the economy and social sphere.
