Abstract

Modern organizations operate in a highly dynamic environment, globalized markets, digitalization, and rising social expectations. In such circumstances, companies face the need to build strategies focused not only on short-term profits, but also on long-term sustainability. One of the key factors of sustainable development is ensuring the growth, development and competitiveness of human capital, human resources, and the formation of an effective talent management strategy. The article analyzes talent management as a key element of an organization's sustainable development strategy and identifies mechanisms for effectively integrating the Talent Management system into a sustainable business model. The 9-box Grid model is presented as a matrix for assessing employee potential and performance, serving as an effective tool for strategic human capital management that allows for the systematization of employee data based on their current performance and potential. Practical recommendations are provided to integrate Talent Management into strategic management, taking into account modern ESG requirements, digitalization, and model transformation.
