DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AS A FACTOR FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT IN ECONOMIC ENTITIES: A MODEL AND IMPLEMENTATION TOOLS

This article is dedicated to the study of the role of digital transformation in improving the efficiency of business process management in economic entities. The theoretical and methodological foundations of digital transformation, as well as its implementation tools and models, are considered. The main stages and methods for implementing digital transformation in economic entities are studied. Attention is paid to the methodology of business process digitalization, based on the application of the latest information technologies, such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, innovative technologies and tools, ERP systems, CRM systems, BI tools, key Big Data technologies, machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML & AI), cloud technologies, new VR and AR technologies, and platforms for remote collaboration. A special place is occupied by issues of forming organizational potential for the effective implementation of digital transformation, including personnel competencies and organizational changes.Downloads
