MONITORING OF RESOURCE POTENTIAL AS A TOOL FOR INCREASING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF AN ENERGY SUPPLY ENTERPRISE

In the context of lean manufacturing, as well as the increasing importance of energy efficiency and sustainability, the development and application of a methodology for monitoring the resource potential of an enterprise, including energy supply companies, become particularly significant. The study identifies the main problems in the functioning of energy supply organizations. Financial and comparative analysis methods, as well as a pointbased quartile assessment, were used to monitor the resource potential of an energy supply enterprise. Specifically, an assessment of the enterprise's property, labor, and financial potential was conducted, and the total score was calculated in comparison with industry indicators. The obtained results indicate the need to optimize the property, labor, and financial potential of the enterprise to enhance its sustainability and competitiveness. It is proven that conducting resource potential monitoring is a necessary tool for making informed management decisions, effective enterprise development planning, and risk management under conditions of limited resources.Downloads
